Another way that corporations exploit stupid women. By making the same product, naming it something different, changing the colour to pink and then charging them more.
Examples of this:
Razors – you can buy the blue ones and they do the same job as the pink ones and the male ones are usually cheaper.
Yeast infection cream and athlete’s foot cream
Monistat 7 cream ingredients – Price: £7
Active Ingredients: Miconazole Nitrate 2%-100mg in each applicator (2%) (100 mg per applicator) Inactive Ingredients:Benzoic Acid, Cetyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Myristate, Polysorbate 60, Potassium Hydroxide, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Stearyl Alcohol
Neosporin Athelete’s Foot Cream ingredients – Price: £2
Active Ingredients: Miconazole nitrate 2% Inactive Ingredients:benzoic acid, butylated hydroxyanisole, mineral oil, oleoyl macrogolglycerides, pegoxol-7 stearate, and purified water
Cotton balls – I found some in the beauty section at Boots for £1.35 and in the baby section for £0.55 labeled something else. Same store, same product, different price…
You get my point. But I guess no one really wants to rub athlete’s foot cream on their vag, but if you were broke it would do the trick just the same as the other stuff…
