I’m feeling a little bit stupid right now. I realised that I have never cut a mango since I usually buy them pre-diced, so my first attempt was sort of a disaster. I thought that the thing wasn’t quite ripe in the middle. Um, can someone say stone to me?
Just the sheer number of “how to cut a mango” videos on YouTube sort of reassures me that I’m not the only one that is this lame.
Next step – I might graduate to papayas!
