The biggest myth about driving a Smart car is that you can park it sideways in parking spots. Every time someone gets in my car for the first time they ask me to do this.
This is a freaking lie. It wouldn’t actually fit within the lane. It is about a foot over and knowing London parking dudes and their quick finger on the trigger approach to ticketing / towing this is a sure fire way to get your ass a big ass fine.
