Another Christmas at the Robesky household in Fresno. This year we celebrated with a change to our typical prime rib meal by serving bison for the meat. It was actually pretty darned delicious. Much leaner than the fatty prime rib and cooked to perfection. Bob did complain that the seasoning was too strong, but I quite enjoyed the rosemary flavoring In addition to our bison, we had the usual side dishes. Bob’s amazingly creamy mashed potatoes, Graham’s famous Yorkshire pudding that make you stuff your face and some brocolli with a ton of Best Food’s mayo (a Robesky family favorite).
We ate a ton and drank a little bit of wine and acted merry. Isn’t that what you are supposed to do?
