Three weeks into my Michelin star trek and I wanted to give a quick update on the progress thusfar.

I started out with 24 restaurants to get through by the end of the year.

I think that I will have to change my goal a bit and let this run into 2009.  Either that or someone will have to wheel my fat ass out of the last restaurant.

In the past three weeks I have taken 4 stars off the list.

Locanda Locatelli - amazing lunch, be sure to try the gnocci.  They are like little fluffy potato clouds of goodness.

Rasoi - Tried the tasting menu with the wine selection.  Great service, intimate dining and the food was wonderful.

La Trompette - You have have have to have the poulet noir and the chocolate caramel dessert.  Yumtastic!
