Spent the last week at the Cannes Film Festival with work and have finally returned. Exhausted. Yes, I know it doesn’t sound that tiring to sit aboard a luxury yacht in the sunshine all day, but at times it is! I did attempt to get some sunshine in the mornings on my pale 1/2 Asian skin, but all I managed to do was burn.

Highlights of the adventure included the Filmax party with the boys from work. Bonita picking up Tutto Matto and me figuring out that I had met him 3 years ago and he was actually in the Loaf Chronicals! The MTV party which I am not sure anyone actually remembers. Lying on the floor of the Martinez screaming that I want to go to sleep. A lovely sunset dinner on the island. And a really nice lunch on the beachfront with jellyfish.

Our little Bonita went along for the ride and managed to find a new boyfriend on the way that kidnapped her and took her to Monaco. Oh, the shock horror of it all!

OH AND CONTRARY TO POPULAR BELIEF - I DID MANAGE TO WORK A LOT WHEN I WAS THERE AS WELL!!!
