anyways, back to my initial point. the update. let’s see. last week on friday went to pacha here in barcelona to meet up with our old friends - masters at work. kenny “dope” gonzalez and “little” louie vega - along with sidekick ralphie. had a good night watching these guys work the crowd. as always, the music was fantastic. which reminds me of another thing to note. if you go and buy a copy of “our time is coming” and read the liner notes, you will see a thank you to yours truly in there. another album that you can pick up and see a little thank you to moi is “after the playboy mansion” by dimitri from paris.

got up on saturday afternoon with a bit of a hangover and headed out to the airport. arrived in bologna just over an hour later to meet up with ornella for her birthday festivities. had a lovely italian dinner. mmmnnn, i would be so fat if i lived in italy. the food is so damned good, it almost hurts. then went to club kinky to watch osunlade spin the night away. great dj!

the next day, we got up and headed out with kiara to have a girl’s lunchy lunch with fresh seafood and a few bottles of white wine. yum again! went out that evening to another club with our friend, pasta boy uovo. gotta love italian fashion. everyone is done up and out on the town in italy.

monday morning, headed into town for a bit of a shopping sess. went to my favorite store, pinko. lunched a bit, drank more white wine, then headed to the aeroporti to come home.

one last point. why the fuck do americans pronounce bologna - ba low knee? arlie reminded me of the words to that great jingle…
